From my personal experience I can say that another trait of Gina's is patience. I have had family members come to house showings and inspections- she never refused nor complained. She was always very friendly and helpful. As far as inspections go she also has an eye for detail. She won't hesitate to voice her

opinions/concerns during a showing or inspection. During inspections she is present and will ask questions that you hadn't even thought to ask yourself.

When it comes time to purchase your dream home she is there to make the process a smooth one. Gina offers recommendations for inspectors, loan agents and whatever else you may need. When it comes time to put in an offer she is able to steer you in the right direction, making sure the offer is a good one that will get you your home for the right price.
