I hired Gina Zarra last year to sell my home in South Plainfield, NJ. She was recommended to my by a friend from South Plainfield as I currently live in Florida and did not know any Realtors. I moved to Florida in 1970s, and grew up in this house in South Plainfield which I inherited last year. When I was

Once we found our perfect home, Mrs. Zarra continued to help us and make recommendations for mortgage lenders, lawyers, and more. The closing process was extremely smooth thanks to her! In addition to her professionalism and expertise, Mrs. Zarra was caring and devoted to helping us find our dream home. She was extremely patient and kind when we were sometimes indecisive about what we were looking for. She also took a genuine interest in our lives and needs-we felt at times like we were her family members and knew that she would never steer us wrong.

While moving into our new home and emptying boxes we talked about the number of times we needed her help in buying & selling properties. We realized you have been there for us for 5 house sales and closings over the years. That is quite a record for a Realtor/client relationship.

Thinking back on those house sales, most of the time, things went without a

problem because you were thorough and had everything under control.

The last one however, was a challenge because of the CO and permit issues. But your knowledge of the system and contacts, you managed to pull us out of the mud and we closed and were able to move on. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Gina Zarra when searching for our new home. I had worked with Gina many years ago while looking for a condo and did not hesitate to call her when my

As an experienced real estate agent, Gina is very knowledgeable when it comes to searching, purchasing and selling. Along with being a seasoned agent she is very caring. From my personal experience I can say that another trait of Gina's is patience. I have had family members come to house showings and inspections- she never refused nor complained. She was always very friendly and helpful. As far as inspections go she also has an eye for detail. She won't hesitate to voice her

opinions/concerns during a showing or inspection. During inspections she is present and will ask questions that you hadn't even thought to ask yourself.

When it comes time to purchase your dream home she is there to make the process a smooth one. Gina offers recommendations for inspectors, loan agents and whatever else you may need. When it comes time to put in an offer she is able to steer you in the right direction, making sure the offer is a good one that will get you your home for the right price. Even in a seller's market we were able to get a fair price on our home. Be sure to follow her advice and counseling- she's there to help!

Last year I finally decided to put my house on the market. I had been living alone, with my dog, for several years and just could not keep up the work that needed to be done.

I spoke with my adult children and they agreed. My son took my pet and I started looking for a place to move to.

I reached out to Gina, who I knew from ERA Suburb. I told her my plan.

Gina came over, gave a very honest review of the home (it needed a lot of work).

She went thru comps and she came up with a valid asking price.

We listed the home on a Thursday, 10:00 am. By 10:30, I had potential buyers at the door. This continued thru Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, I got out of the house early as there were realtors scheduled every 30 minutes.

Sunday, we got an offer for over the asking price. 3 days on the market.
